The town

Rincon de la Victoria is located only 13 km from Malaga, 19 km from the airport, 22 km from Torremolinos, 36 km from Fuengirola and 40 km from Nerja.

It is a town with great seafaring tradition and a wide gastronomic offer, being the most typical “fried fish” and the “espetos de sardinas”. It also has a wide variety of all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars, pizzerias, hamburgers, …

The town also offers a wide variety of shops of all kinds, supermarkets, pharmacies, … The health center is located a few meters from the building where the apartment is located.

There is a public parking 200 meters from the apartment.

A few meters away there is a taxi rank and two bus stops that connect us both with the center of Malaga and with other points of the Costa del Sol, or with towns of the Axarquia like Nerja or Frigiliana.

Magnificent and spacious rural house located 500 meters from the town of Iznate, on a hill with wonderful views.

It is located in a rural environment surrounded by olive and almond trees, as well as tropical trees such as avocado and mango. The property is fully fenced and has a large terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of both the town of Iznate and the nearby mountains.

The house is perfectly equipped for both summer and winter. It has a living room with a wood burning fireplace, a kitchen with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven and a microwave. Two bathrooms and three double bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two bedrooms with two double beds. There is a fourth bedroom with a sofa bed that can be used as a playroom for children.

The house is located 500 meters from the town of Iznate, 6 km from the highway and 9 km from the beach, which makes traveling much easier.

It is a strategic place to visit the Axarquía, its beaches and even the Malaga city, located about 25 km away.

Balcón de Iznate is 32 km from Torremolinos and 47 km from Fuengirola. The nearest airport is Malaga Airport, 29 km from the house.
